CANCELATION POLICY
Please allow at least 21 days if you need to reschedule. If and event is cancelled within 30 days prior to the event, 50% of your total invoice will be charged. If you choose to cancel within fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the event, the full amount will be charged.
EVENT POLICY & RESERVATIONS
To secure your date, a non-refundable $250 deposit is required. By submitting this deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Chiqui Social Event Rental Agreement. The remaining balance for the event is due fourteen (14) days prior to the event date.
VENUE ACCESS: Party hosts will have access to the reserved area 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event. All event attendees must vacate the reserved area at the event’s scheduled end time. Failure to do so will result in additional fees. Event hosts will be granted an additional 15 minutes to leave the facilities.
