RESCHEDULING AND CANCELATION POLICY 

A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel; otherwise, the full party cost will be charged. However, if we are able to fill the date, we will issue a refund.

  EVENT POLICY & RESERVATIONS

To secure your date, a non-refundable $250 deposit is required. By submitting this deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Chiqui Social Event Rental Agreement. The remaining balance for the event is due fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. 

VENUE ACCESS: 
Party hosts will have access to the reserved area 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event. All event attendees must vacate the reserved area at the event’s scheduled end time. Failure to do so will result in additional fees. Event hosts will be granted an additional 15 minutes to leave the facilities. 

CAPACITY  
Our base package includes 15 children and 25 adults. Additional children beyond 15 will incur a $15 per-child fee. Please note that the number of adults should not exceed the number of children by more than 10 (e.g., 15 children and 25 adults). If the adult count exceeds this limit, an additional charge of $5 per adult will apply. The total capacity is 125.
