- A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event
- Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
- Date not reserved until the party policy has been signed.
- All parties with over 30 kids will require an additional staff member at $25/hr.
- 18% service and gratuity charge is will be added to the final cost of your party.
- A 30-day notice to required in order to reschedule or cancel the party. otherwise, the full cost of the party will be charged.
VENUE POLICY AND ACCESS
- Chiqui Social will accommodate outside vendors on an approval basis Outside food and beverages welcome. No charge.
- Food and drinks are permitted in the kitchen and patio areas only 30 minutes set up prior to the party’s scheduled start time.
- All party attendees must depart by the party’s scheduled end time. If attendees do not leave the party in time, additional time will be charged. Parents will have an additional 15 minutes to leave the facilities.
- All adults must wear socks. Socks are sold for $3 each.
- Please review the number of children your package includes. Each additional child over your selected package is $12 per child.

Custom balloon arches can be added to match your theme for an additional fee. Paper good includes plates, napkins, and cutlery for the kids as part of the decoration.
We do not provide cutlery for adults unless we are managing the catering.
We have cake stands and platters available. You are welcome to bring your own.
